About Harvest Tickets
All of our tickets include primitive, next-to-car camping. A free day parking lot is available on-site for those who do not
wish to camp overnight. Upgraded camping options are available such as RV Camping Passes and Early Arrival Passes.
All ticket prices have additional service and shipping fees, if applicable.
This is a very family friendly event, and children 11 and younger are free with a paying adult. Children ages 12 and older
require a paid admission ticket (note: this policy does not apply to VIP tickets). A designated Family Camping area is
available with a 'lights out' policy at 11:00pm every night.

There is no need to purchase this Early Arrival Pass if you already have VIP, Reserved or RV Unreserved

Upgraded Camping Options
- $149 per RV, plus tax and fees
- A 7.5% Arkansas Sales Tax will be added to the ticket price during checkout
- Price above includes a 2% Arkansas "Bed" Tax
- A very limited amount of
RV Unreserved Passes are available.
- The following vehicles are
classified as an "RV"
- Any vehicle over 25 foot
in length
- Any RV or DOT Class B vehicle of any size
- Any vehicle towing a camper,
trailer, or RV of any size. If you're hitching anything, it's
an "RV."
- Up to eight (8) people per
RV. Each person must also have an Event Pass (Three Day,
Two Day, or Saturday Pass).
- RV Unreserved Camping
includes free Early Arrival privileges with Three Day Pass holders.
- All "RVs" must camp
in the designated RV Unreserved Campground. This campground does
not provide any water/electric hookups; please review our Reserved
Campsites for these amenities.
- Any "RV" arriving at the festival without an RV Unreserved Camping Pass will be turned around, no exceptions!
- ADA/Wheelchair RV Unreserved
is for our patrons with wheelchair or other accessibility needs, and these "RV"s are camped in the Accessible Campground,
located just south of the Harvest tent. A state issued ADA license
plate or placard is required to stay in the Accessible Campground.
- PURCHASE RV UNRESERVED PASSES
ONLINE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL; no refunds or exchanges FOR ANY REASON. Harvest Music Festival 2012 is RAIN or SHINE. All acts
and times are subject to change. Tickets began shipping August 13.
About our service fees: we at Pipeline Ticketing make every effort to keep our service fees as low as possible. These fees help cover the cost
of ticketing operations, which include but are not limited to ticketing software fees, credit card fees, labor, ticket stock,
