- Why don't you have single
day tickets? Do you sell discounted non-camping tickets?
- We cater our ticket sales
to those who come and camp the whole weekend with us; hence music
and camping festival. Mulberry Mountain is a very rural and
beautiful setting, and is best experienced by long stays.
- We do not sell "non-camping
event passes" so your ticket will include free day parking instead.
- Is this a family friendly
festival? Are kids free?
- Harvest fest is a very family
friendly festival, with many activities geared towards children . Children ages 11 and younger are free with
a paying adult; limit two (2) children per adult. Children ages
12 and older require a paid admission ticket. NOTE: this child
policy does not apply to VIP tickets. Please visit our tickets
page http://yonderharvestfestival.com/2011/tickets.asp for VIP Children's prices.
- I have questions about the
festival, but not about buying tickets.
VIP TICKETS
- Do VIP tickets increase
in price like 4 Day Passes?
- Nope. VIP remains
the same price until sold out. Get your VIP tickets early as they
tend to sell out months in advance.
- I have VIP tickets but my
friend(s) do not. Can they camp with me in VIP? Can they
visit my campground?
- Nope. The VIP campground
is a "gated community" in order to protect the many perks of the
VIP Program: shaded camping, meals, beverage service, bathroom facilities,
and VIP lounge. ONLY VIP Pass holders can enter the VIP campground.
VIP Pass holders are more than welcome to camp with their friends in
primitive, non-VIP camping.
- I have VIP tickets, do I
need to purchase Wednesday "Early Arrival" Passes or RV Unreserved
Passes?
- Nope. VIP includes
free early arrival privileges and primitive camping. While you
are allowed to bring RVs into the VIP campground, there are no water/electric
hookups in VIP. Please review our Reserved Campsites for these
amenities. Since the VIP campground is wooded, RVs greater than
(blank feet) in length may not fit in the VIP campground.
RVs
- Do I need an extra pass
for my RV? What do you consider an RV?
- The following vehicles are
classified as an "RV"
- Any vehicle over 25 foot
in length
- Any RV or DOT Class B vehicle
- Any vehicle towing a camper,
trailer, or RV of any size. If you're hitching anything, it's
an RV.
- All RVs require an RV Unreserved
Camping Pass or Reserved Campsite pass. Please visit our tickets
page for more information http://yonderharvestfestival.com/2011/tickets.asp and click on RV Unreserved or Reserved Campsites.
- I have RV Unreserved or
Reserved Campsites, do I need to purchase Wednesday "Early Arrival"
Passes?
- Nope. RV Unreserved
and Reserved Campsite include free early arrival privileges.

ticket. You will receive an email shortly after your purchase
with instructions on how to download and print your tickets. Be

Wednesday and Friday. Please allow the USPS a full 4-6 weeks from
your ship date to deliver your tickets.
- FedEx: $15.00 per

We print and ship FedEx orders once a week. You will receive an
email directly from FedEx with your tracking number, and be sure to

Through trial and error, we have stopped shipping internationally due

in the states; or have your tickets emailed to you with PrintPass.
- Will Call: free! Have

off the excess). If you are removed from the festival property

trying to contact Pipeline Ticketing via phone or email from Saturday
October 8 through Sunday October 16 and "ticket issues" includes
anything related to tickets, purchased tickets, and attempted ticket
purchases to the Yonder Mountain String Band's Harvest Festival.
Even if you are the purchaser and you cannot visit the Box Office, please
send a representative such as a friend or family member to help address
your ticket issue. While we at Pipeline Ticketing have every intention
to answer the phones and email account during the festival, it is NOT
guaranteed as we are busy running the Harvest Festival Box Office.
All ticket sales are final! There are no refunds for
"I tried to get a hold of you, but no one answered."
Come see us at the Box Office, we're there to help you!
